Planning a Harmony Day event?
Planning an event is always fun and is a great way to spread your message and see results. A few good tips to remember are:

plan – all great events start with flexible plans

start your plans well in advance. This will assist with any hiccups you may encounter along the way!

consider your aim – who would you like to have participate and why?

outline your objectives, why not make them SMART?

- give consideration to how to best promote your event – media, flyers, brochures, posters, internet, newsletter, word of mouth?
- always consider who can assist you in organising your event? Check out your local community groups, business organisations and local city council.
