The project proposes to link aggressive Arabic young boys with successful older male Arabic teenagers who work and live in the local area as a path to defusing local community tensions. These teenagers will work as mentors in school with the target group, whilst mothers of the mentorees will also be linked to other Arabic mothers who will in turn, help them with parenting issues.
