The project aims to address instances of racial tension amongst youth in the Shire, the council will conduct a forum with key-note speakers particularly targeting youth. The council will also conduct a shire-wide youth arts competition. Subsequently the council will hold an Living in Harmony art exhibition and public opening to announce the winners.
