Project Summary:

An educational, promotional television and radio campaign will be used to engage with central Australian Indigenous communities and the broader community around the issue of rights and responsibilities of visitors to traditional areas. This campaign will seek to deal with nuisance behaviour and in doing so, increase social harmony and create attitudinal change.

Lhere Artepe Aboriginal Corporation is the prescribed body corporate, made up of three estate groups drawn from traditional owners or custodians of Central Arrernte country, native title holders in Alice Springs. The organisation ensures culture and heritage continues, and their needs for economic, social, recreation and meaningful work are provided.
