Project Summary:

The south west of Western Australia is very diverse with a variety of different religious groups. 

This project will bring groups of women together for a range of activities aimed at improving understanding of different religions and beliefs. These activities include forums, study groups on different religions and skill building workshops. The participants will be introduced to confidence building exercises through public speaking and planning for an interfaith music festival. There will also be talks held at service clubs, schools, and community organisations and with local media. The project will include school discussions, production of an information book listing local religious groups and a community picnic.
