It will address feelings of alienation on both sides and enable Muslim youth to achieve their fullest potential, contribute positively to Australia, and heighten their sense of belonging to their new home. Key activities include a training program in four local state schools, using adult Muslim role models; a Muslim and non-Muslim youth camp and developing a joint statement by these students identifying what it means to them to be Australian. |
